Kinver Business Solutions Ltd offer a bespoke Project Management solution based service to clients who require project guidance throughout a project lifecycle. We are adept at developing projects from conception and guiding clients and stakeholders through the various milestones to final evaluation and legacy planning. We are also highly accomplished at stepping into failing projects, understanding the challenges and delivering pragmatic and innovative solutions.
We work across multiple sectors, covering both the built and natural environment, ranging from heritage buildings, landscapes and leisure centres through to social housing schemes, the breadth of our knowledge and experience is our strength. We are experts across the multi-disciplinary fields of ‘heritage, regeneration and the environment’. We also work with trusted associates to enable us to bring together the disciples of architecture and quantity surveying enabling us to offer a full package to our clients.
Our in-house team are Prince 2 accredited with the flexibility and knowledge to apply these skills where required to deliver the desired outcomes. Two of our team are members of the Association of Project Management and one is a registered consultant on the National Lottery Heritage Fund’s Register of Specialist Support Services in the field of the Natural Environment.
A number of our projects have been recognised regionally for award nominations and two projects, St Giles Street, Northampton and Delapre Abbey, Northampton have won national and regional awards.
