Our Experience

Cultural Consulting Network (CCN) provides professional consultancy services to the heritage sector with a specialism in strategic planning, project and business development, audience development, activity planning and evaluation. We work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and offer intelligent and workable solutions that have lasting impacts.

The Network was started by Sophia Mirchandani, Katie Norgrove and Marilyn Scott in 2007 to meet the need for experienced and flexible consultants able to advise on and deliver a range of projects. Having worked as a network of associates since then, CCN is able to offer a high degree of expertise that is tailored to each commission guaranteeing a personalised service with named individuals and a dedication to good client relationships. The focus of much of our work involves developing National Lottery Heritage Fund Projects and one of our USPs is that the consultants you meet are the individuals that would work with you throughout the project.
We work across all parts of the cultural heritage sector including historic buildings, transport and maritime heritage, parks, gardens, landscape and biodiversity, museums, art galleries, libraries and archives as well as intangible heritage.
